I was browsing through some old photos on my computer and I stumbled upon this little gem:

Both of the kids really love dogs. I think it’s time for us to consider getting one again.

Flashback Friday is always fun!

Brayden at almost three months old.

Happy Friday!

It’s Friday! I thought it’d be fun to do a flashback post.

This picture was taken almost exactly two years ago. This was the first time we let Brayden and Pepper this close each other. Little man was a month old.

Brayden has always been a total ham for the camera!

I can’t believe that my little squishy Arya is going to be one in a month and a half! She was four weeks old the first time we took her swimming. She fell asleep while drying off.

At one point Brayden and Arya looked so different from each other! They’re starting to look a little more alike again. It’s always fun seeing the similarities and differences that siblings have to offer in both looks and behavior.

And for fun, my high school graduation. It’s been five years since this happened. I can’t believe it’s been that long already!

Brayden, Two Years Old

My big boy finally turned two years old on the 23rd.  At two years old Brayden is a big ball of energy, he doesn’t like to sit still, he’s always exploring, and he really enjoys being outside.

Stats:

36 inches tall

35 pounds

New Year, New Blog

I know I’m a little bit lit to the “new year, new blog” train but hello and welcome to That Paladin Mom! I’m off to such a late start this year because I had lacked inspiration on my old blog and I realized I wasn’t being as true to myself as I could and needed to be. Recently, it hit me that I should be way more open about my story; I’m a gamer who became and embraced being a mom. I can guarantee that this blog’s posts will bounce around a lot topic-wise due to that just being how my brain works. You can expect to see a little bit about parenting, gaming, my children’s growth and milestones, my personal experiences (including weight loss), and reviews on products I’ve owned and used.

 

Meet the Family:

I’m Kaitlin and I’m 22 years old. Travis is my husband who is 26 years old. He’s a mainline fiber optic splicer and also a gamer.

Brayden is our (about to be) 2 year old little boy. He’s all about his toy trucks and running around outside.

Arya is our 9 month old daughter. She’s a silly little thing who loves to crawl around chasing her brother and stealing his trucks.
